These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VibeGuard (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

VibeGuard helps you assess security posture of assets you control (for example, domains and source-code repositories) and provides findings and remediation guidance. The Service is not a substitute for professional security review, and it cannot guarantee that your systems are free of vulnerabilities.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Rules Of Engagement

You may only scan and test assets that you own or that you have explicit permission to test. You agree not to use the Service to target third parties without authorization, to disrupt systems, or to exceed reasonable traffic limits.

You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service complies with applicable laws, contracts, and policies, including any third-party terms for platforms you connect (for example, GitHub).

5. Subscriptions And Billing

If you purchase a paid plan, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices, plan limits, and features may change; we will provide notice where legally required.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access or interfere with non-public areas, bypassing security controls, reverse engineering (except where prohibited by law), or using the Service to transmit malware or unlawful content.

7. Content And Findings

Findings and recommendations are provided for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for your implementation decisions and for verifying fixes in your own environment.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to protect the Service or others.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEGUARD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
